MEET ALLY

Ally Voget

Ally is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting people with eating disorders, eating distress, and complex nutritional presentations.

She has worked across specialist clinical services, tertiary education, and multidisciplinary healthcare settings, including establishing and managing the Grand Pacific Health Eating Disorder Service (GPHEDS) and working alongside leading surgical and medical teams.

Ally specialises in supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, and complex relationships with food.

She holds the Australia and New Zealand Association for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) Eating Disorder Credential, reflecting advanced training and supervised clinical practice in this area.

Her clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition care and informed by a trauma-aware, body-respecting framework. Rather than focusing solely on food behaviours, Ally’s work explores the nutritional, biological, emotional, behavioural, and environmental factors that influence and maintain eating patterns. This systems-based approach forms the foundation of her clinical thinking.

Ally believes that meaningful change becomes possible when eating patterns are understood in context, not in isolation. She is committed to providing structured, compassionate support that helps reduce confusion, self-blame, and overwhelm around food and eating.
