MEET ALLY

Ally Voget

Ally is a university-qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) with over 10 years of experience supporting clients with all sorts of medical conditions and weight concerns. Most recently, Ally designed and established the Grand Pacific Health Eating Disorder Service (GPHEDS), which she managed until mid-2022.

Ally specialises in helping individuals recover from eating disorders, eating distress, disordered eating and chronic dieting. Ally has received the Australia and New Zealand Association for Eating Disorders (ANZAED) Eating Disorder Credential. This means that she has completed specific eating disorder training and clinical supervision, giving you confidence in her treatment approaches.

Ally believes in a body positive and weight inclusive approach focusing on healthy behaviours rather than weight or numbers. Ally believes that everyone deserves a life free of body and food obsession, and firmly believes that:

"how you think and feel directly affects - and is directly affected by - what you eat"

Ally's unique wholistic approach and her extensive clinical experience means that she can support a range of medical presentations or nutrition concerns.
